As a first generation American, I have always felt an intense pull towards exploring other cultures and different corners of the world. Growing up with Austrian heritage hugely shaped me into who I am today. I pride myself on being open minded and a seeker of knowledge, new experiences, new food and how other humans are living life on this earth. I called the good old sunshine state of Florida my home for twenty-ish years and I am still very biased to the east coast hah! Because of this, I have to be by the water- preferably the ocean. I would call being in the ocean and on horseback the places I feel at home.

Speaking of early memories... I found this photo of myself looking through old photo albums. Funny thing was, I was sitting on the floor as a 32 year old, doing the exact same thing because our household goods shipment had just arrived to our new home. Talk about full circle! If you would've told my younger self where I would be in life right now, along with all the things I have done, I would've laughed! I married a fighter pilot, adopted a dog, traveled to over 20 countries, lived overseas in Japan and reinvented myself countless times. I always wanted to travel, but I never saw myself being a military spouse or owning a dog (hello- horse person over here)! Well, turns out both things have been the absolute loves of my lives and have led us down roads I could've only dreamed of. Each place is a new opportunity full of possibilities.
